When We Are Closed

The practice out-of-hours cover (nights, weekends and Bank Holidays) is provided by FedBucks. If you call our EMERGENCY LINE (01494 782101) out of hours, you will be directed to call 111 where an operator will arrange the most appropriate action for you.

Your call may be answered or managed by a triage nurse or a duty doctor. You may be requested to visit a primary care centre or receive a visit from a mobile doctor if necessary. Your calls to 111 may be recorded. 

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
