We’re listening and this is what we’re doing:
We open on Saturday mornings, on average once a month. Weekend opening is not currently part of the GP contract but this may change in the future.
Clinical staff do try to keep to time, but sometimes a wait is unavoidable due to emergencies being added and patients needing more than 10 minutes.
All responses will be reported back to the practice staff.
