Non-NHS Medical Examinations, Certificates And Letters

Medical examinations for insurance purposes, driving medicals etc are undertaken at the surgery and appointments need to be booked in advance. A fee will be payable before the medical is undertaken (cash or cheque only). Please contact the surgery to make an appointment.

Certificates and letters for special purposes, such as fitness to travel, pre-employment etc can be provided on request. Again, a fee will be payable. A list of fees is displayed in the reception area.
